We are a home visit primary care service.​
Are you on a waiting list for a primary care provider? If you have one, are they only able to see you 6 months from now? We provide on-demand primary care for community members who need care now, but can't seem to find someone to help.
What we offer:
Annual Wellness Exam

Recommended screening labs ordered

Recommended screening images or procedures ordered (think pap smear, mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.)

Routine medications refilled

1 follow up virtual visit to review lab results and talk about any recommended follow up

We will start and/or manage your medications for patient's with a known diagnosis of ADHD. We do not offer testing for ADHD at this time.
