Annual Wellness Exam

Service Description

We offer a wellness visit in the privacy of your home. Your medical history will be reviewed and a full physical exam will be performed. Any recommended screening labs, images, vaccines, and procedures will be ordered. Depending on your age, this may include screening for diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney and liver function, etc. If indicated a screening mammogram, screening colonoscopy, and other required images or procedures can be ordered. Pap smear is also included if due. The price also includes a follow up virutal appointment to review the lab results and any recommended follow up that can be done with your primary care doctor or scheulded with us!
